Create a quoteSet out the scope and price
List labour, materials and call-out charges separately. In Notes, record what the price covers, any exclusions and how long the quote is valid. Use the job reference to connect the quote to the booking.
Convert an agreed quote
Open the saved quote and choose Convert to invoice. Review the items against the finished job, update the dates and add payment terms before saving.
